Simultaneous issuance of an ID card and a foreign passport

What must be done to receive the service of simultaneous issuance of an ID card and a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad?

• Go to «Passport service»
• Submit the necessary documents
• Payment for the service (on the spot)
• Take a picture (on site)
• After receiving the SMS, come for your foreign passport and ID card

A list of documents is required

• passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
• individual tax number of a natural person — taxpayer (identification number);
• previous passports of citizens of Ukraine for travel abroad
• a marriage certificate or a divorce certificate or a court decision to enter information on marital status.

We remind you that information about marital status is provided on request.

We draw your attention to the fact that if you received an internal passport in a territory not under the control of the Ukrainian authorities (individual districts of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts and AR Crimea), we recommend that you submit any additional documents when submitting documents for passport registration, FOR EXAMPLE:

• passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad;
• diplomatic passport of Ukraine;
• service passport of Ukraine;
• seaman’s identity card;
• crew member’s certificate;
• identity card for return to Ukraine;
• driver’s license
• military ID;
• pension certificate;
• preferential certificate;
• work pass.

In the absence of documents containing photographs, you can provide:

• Birth Certificate;
• marriage certificate;
• certificate of divorce;
• university graduation diplomas;
• other documents.
